Once I have a finished sketch, I cannot refund pay. Refunds are never negotiable. You are only eligible for a refund if I have not sent you a finished sketch yet, beyond that point the transaction is set in stone.

45% of total payment is taken upfront, I start after downpay has gone through.

I send process checks at posing, final sketch, flat colors, and when the final piece is done, a watermarked sample version will be sent as proof of finished work, then final payment is done and you receive the art

Art can be given in transparent png, png and jpeg formats

All art is done at a base of 350dpi

All work and concepts are my intellectual property.

Any watermark or identification that I am the artist may not be removed for any reason, I put it on all pieces, commercial or not. This goes without saying, but never claim my art as your own.

All of my work is under copyright laws. Commercial work copyright laws are negotiable but come at a higher price.

My Deadlines are negotiable, but I always require the ETA minimum stated on each type of art. I understand a commission may be a gift, but I cannot rush a drawing and turn in a lower quality art.

I am not to be held accountable for who/where my art goes or what it is used for after transactions. This does not mean I support anything negative or discriminatory!

You are free to post any work in progress checks on socials with credit.

Furry art takes a lot more time and effort since it’s not my usual art, which is why it comes at a higher price.

My custom designs cannot be resold shortly after buying at a higher price, please respect my cooldown times.

I do not support my art being fed to ANY AI programs or being sold as NFTs, commission or not.

Personal use art can be used for (non sponsored) posts, profile icons, toyhouse/other site art storage, gifts, etc. (CREDIT MUST BE GIVEN)

Personal use art cannot be sold, printed or distributed.

Personal use custom designs cannot be commercialized or made in vtubers.

Personal use custom designs can be resold 2+ weeks after sale, reselling only at price it was bought, only exception if is the design has additional arts by other artists. (Please follow their TOS too.)

If you are commissioning me for commercial work, you must personally state where and what you are using it for. This is to make sure I know where my art is going and so I can make sure my DPI setting and final result can best suit your needs.

Commercial use work can be used for advertisements, logos, branding, vtubing, printing & distribution, merchandising. This is all in addition to personal uses! Other uses can be discussed.

All of my work still remains under copyright laws that belong to me. Copyright laws can be bought at an additional price.
